What AI tools do you train on?
Whatever your team uses or should be using. Most commonly: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper, and industry-specific AI tools. We also train on AI features inside tools you already have -- like AI in your CRM, email platform, or project management system. We're tool-agnostic. We don't have partnerships or affiliate deals with any AI company. We recommend what works best for your workflows, your budget, and your team's technical comfort level. If a free tool does the job, we'll recommend the free tool.
How long does a training program take?
The Jumpstart program runs 2-4 weeks. Accelerate is an ongoing monthly engagement -- most teams see major productivity gains by month 2 and continue for 6-12 months as we expand into new workflows and departments. Enterprise timelines depend on team size and scope, but most enterprise rollouts show measurable results within the first 30 days. We set clear milestones so you always know where you are in the process and what's coming next.
What if my team is not technical?
That's exactly who we train. Our sessions are designed for non-technical staff -- no coding, no jargon, no prerequisites. If your team can use email, they can use AI.
